FreePilotAI provides free AI-powered writing tools including email rewriting, resume bullet generation, cover letter writing, and more. The Service is powered by Anthropic's Claude AI model.

3. Use of AI-Generated Content

Content generated by FreePilotAI is produced by an artificial intelligence model. You understand and agree that:

• AI-generated content may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate for your specific situation
• You should review and edit all generated content before using it professionally
• FreePilotAI is not a substitute for professional legal, medical, financial, or career advice
• You own the output generated from your inputs and may use it for personal or commercial purposes

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use FreePilotAI to:

• Generate spam, misleading content, or content intended to deceive others
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to reverse engineer, overload, or disrupt the Service
• Use automated scripts to make excessive API requests

5. No Warranty

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that the AI outputs will meet your specific needs.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FreePilotAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or reliance on AI-generated content.

To ensure fair access for all users, we limit requests to 10 per hour per IP address. Attempting to bypass these limits may result in temporary blocking of your IP address.
